Kids today aren’t just consuming media, they’re also crea7ng it. To effectively parent this generation of digital natives, parents need to stay informed. This presentation provides an overview of today’s digital landscape:
- What parents need to know about how children and teens are using today’s technology and social media platforms
- How parents can guide their kids to make responsible, respectful and safe choices in the digital world
- How to better understand, engage and communicate with your kids about their use of social media and technology
The talk is informed by a series of national focus groups with middle and upper school kids, led by Common Sense Media.
